Decide what to automate before paying for a build.
For a broad automation project, choose up to three workflow journeys. Receive a current-state map, the highest-value sequence, and one implementation-ready specification—without granting production access.

How to choose the three journeys
Choose end-to-end business outcomes, not individual apps. Useful boundaries look like:
- Inbound inquiry → qualification → human handoff
- Qualified lead → CRM record → appointment
- Form submission → validation → destination system
- Order or payment event → fulfillment → customer notification
- Document intake → extraction → human approval
Examples define the shape of an acceptable journey; they do not add platform-specific implementation to the audit.
Safe intake
Start with public, synthetic, or fully sanitized material: the business outcome, trigger, expected output, current tools, approximate monthly volume, and known failure points.
Do not send passwords, OTPs, API keys, cookies, production credentials, payment-card data, wallet secrets, KYC or tax documents, unredacted customer records, private screenshots, or raw production exports.
When a client asks what the automation did
The audit can focus on one confusing cross-system incident and turn sanitized run evidence into a client-readable timeline, expected-versus-observed comparison, telemetry gaps, and one implementation-ready control.
