TinyOps Studio · One incident, written for the client

Explain what the automation actually did.

For agencies and operators whose client sees an unexpected CRM, inbox, or AI-assisted action. Replace screenshots of raw run history with a concise evidence chain: trigger, inputs, decisions, actions, exceptions, and the next control to add.

Fixed USD 10 trial · one sanitized or synthetic incident

Deliverable

For monitoring products and automation agencies

Use one synthetic or sanitized failure alert as the starting point. I turn the alert into the client-facing layer that monitoring dashboards usually do not provide: what was expected, what the available signals prove, what remains unknown, and the acceptance check for the next control.

Good input

Use redacted run IDs, timestamps, node names, sanitized payload shapes, documented decision rules, and screenshots with customer information removed.

Do not send credentials, cookies, API keys, private customer records, raw inbox exports, call recordings, payment data, or unrestricted production access.

How the fixed trial works

  1. Send one public, synthetic, or fully sanitized incident outline by email, or use the public GitHub intake form.
  2. I confirm whether it fits the fixed scope before payment.
  3. Pay USD 10 by PayPal and receive the written HTML/Markdown evidence pack within 24 hours after complete intake.

GitHub issues are public: never put credentials, customer data, private screenshots, or proprietary workflow exports in the form. One incident only. No subscription, production login, or meeting is required.

Boundary

This is a written evidence and control-design service. It does not perform production forensics, certify compliance, determine legal liability, guarantee root cause, or modify a live workflow.
